Wood gluing machine

Woodworking is a lot of fun. It used to let people make lots of great stuff out of wood. But it can also be a challenge to fit different pieces of wood together to create something strong, solid and visually appealing. Previously, woodworkers would join pieces of wood with simple methods such as nails or screws. These methods are time consuming, and do demand some experience to master with skill. At times, these controls could be stronger (very frustrating). Luckily, we have modern, nifty tools known as gluing machine available to leverage the process of joining wood even better.

Say Goodbye to Traditional Joinery Techniques with Wood Gluing Machines

An ancient way of joining wood is known as a mortise and tenon joint. This technique requires the woodworker to cut a hole (called a mortise) in one of the pieces of wood. Then they have to create a piece (a tenon) that protrudes from another piece of wood, fitting into the mortise. This process can take a huge amount of time and much skill to get right. It’s not easy. However, it will be the other way around when you have a gluing machine/ glue spreader. There’s no chopping and hacking and fitting things together, you simply put a dot of glue on the joint and press the two pieces of wood together. And, most importantly, the glue dries, turns extra strong, and keeps the pieces in place. The new process is not only faster and easier than the traditional way using mortise and tenon joints, but also lands in the big leagues for woodshops today where time is everything.
