Woodworking is a lot of fun. It used to let people make lots of great stuff out of wood. But it can also be a challenge to fit different pieces of wood together to create something strong, solid and visually appealing. Previously, woodworkers would join pieces of wood with simple methods such as nails or screws. These methods are time consuming, and do demand some experience to master with skill. At times, these controls could be stronger (very frustrating). Luckily, we have modern, nifty tools known as gluing machine available to leverage the process of joining wood even better.
An ancient way of joining wood is known as a mortise and tenon joint. This technique requires the woodworker to cut a hole (called a mortise) in one of the pieces of wood. Then they have to create a piece (a tenon) that protrudes from another piece of wood, fitting into the mortise. This process can take a huge amount of time and much skill to get right. It’s not easy. However, it will be the other way around when you have a gluing machine/ glue spreader. There’s no chopping and hacking and fitting things together, you simply put a dot of glue on the joint and press the two pieces of wood together. And, most importantly, the glue dries, turns extra strong, and keeps the pieces in place. The new process is not only faster and easier than the traditional way using mortise and tenon joints, but also lands in the big leagues for woodshops today where time is everything.

This is where automated box gluing machine help out more, by speeding things up and making the process more efficient. Using these machines, woodworkers are able to simply place the pieces of wood in the machine and allow it to do all the heavy lifting. It does so automatically, applying the glue, pressing the wood pieces together, and then wiping away any excess glue that squeezes out. All of this happens in a fraction of the time it would take to do the same thing with a manual method. This means woodworkers will have extra time to work on their other projects, which makes them more efficient and allows them to complete more work at their woodshops.

The most obvious advantage of using a automatic gluing machine is that the bond between the slabs of wood is far stronger. Wood glues have come a long way and if applied properly they can bond pieces of wood better than anything we did previously. Many of these wood glues also are waterproof, so they won’t break down when wet. These are ideal for use on building projects that may be subject to rain or other wet conditions. Wood gluing machines with high quality are built when you need them; they ensure that the pieces of wood will stick with you for a long time so you wont have to worry about the quality of the work you are doing.

There is a very wide range of wood gluing machines available that differ in size and shape so that they can be used for a multitude of woodworking projects. There are even small machines that can fit in the palm of your hand that are perfect for smaller projects. Then, there are larger, automated machines that can process larger pieces of wood or many pieces simultaneously. There is a folding gluing machine for every type of woodworking task. These machines can be used for everything from creating furniture to cabinets to even musical instruments. There are companies who manufacture these machines such as XIANGYING therefore they tend to be reliable and perform the way you want them to so that you can make great wood products that suit your needs.
